Why should I learn to cook?
As with many things in life, diet is about balance. Finding this balance between our desire for food that tastes good and our bodies need for nutrients can be very difficult. A common misconception is that food either has to taste good or be good for you, but cannot be both. This belief has led too many people to choose a diet based only on taste resulting in weight gain, loss of energy, and countless health problems. By learning a few simple cooking techniques we can begin to develop a new way of looking at food and realize that it can taste great and be good for you.
