Welcome to Bluezone Complete!  We take an unique approach to personal training in that we help clients reach their goals through education.  Many trainers offer a personalized exercise program with a few suggestions on ways to eat healthier.  At Bluezone Complete we take this concept to the next level.  Not only will you learn proper exercise form, you will learn how to write your own program.  We don't just give ideas or suggestions on how to eat healthier, we teach you how.  It is our experience that through education we empower our clients and free them from a lifetime of gym memberships and fad diets.

Why Functional Fitness?

For many of us exercise means dragging ourselves to the gym, spending a few minutes on the treadmill, using a couple of resistance machines and hitting the showers.  While this may count as a workout it doesn't really accomplish much more than wasting an hour of our lives.  Functional fitness is exercise that helps us better preform our daily activities.  Learning to maximize your time and get the most out of exercising will greatly increase your chance of success.  Knowing which exercises to preform, and how to properly preform them reduces your risk of injury and improve your results.

The key to taking control of what you feed your body is knowledge.  By learning a few simple cooking techniques we open ourselves up to a whole new world of food.  We teach how to plan and prepare exciting and nutritious meals giving you back that control.  When we fuel our bodies with the nutrients it needs we give ourselves the energy required to accomplish great things!
